In 2019, Henny was responsible for the overall coordination of the migration of all the financial systems - the biggest project within within Visma|Raet that year with a very tight deadline. Henny is reliable, with a great amount of financial experience and knowledge. The detailed planning that he made in good cooperation with all the important stakeholders was an important tool for everybody to know what's going on, and therefore to stay focused. Henny is a valuable addition to the team - not only because of his knowledge, but also because of his team spirit, flexibility and willingness to help.

Henny Gruis joined HDI Global SE, the Netherlands in december 2017 as interim manager for Credit Control and Treasury. Henny successfully finalized the implementation of a company-wide IT-tool for automated payments and respective bookings. He re-organized the credit control department in terms of efficiency and quality improvements. Henny introduced new reporting tools and increased transparency on the company’s position in its outstandings and improved the collection process. I experienced Henny as a hands-on, open and reliable interim manager.
